The famed 10 Acre Truck Stop along Highway 401 in Belleville has a new owner.
Yesterday, K 2 Petroleum announced it had purchased the property.
K2 Petroleum is a company with four combination gas stations, convenience stores, and restaurants in western Ontario.
The 10 Acre Truck Stop will be known as K2 Mart and include a wide range of amenities including a truck wash, repair shop, CAT Scale, showers, laundry facilities and more.
K2 Petroleum expects a strong economic rebound from the pandemic and good times ahead for the trucking industry.
The Belleville property is one of the biggest truck stops in the country.
