Northumberland OPP say an investigation in the southern part of Brighton is over.
People in Brighton were being asked to avoid the area of Ontario Street, Harbour Street and Presquile Parkway as police investigated, but officers have now cleared the scene.
The investigation began around 1:00 p.m., with the all-clear being given just before 3:00 p.m., however no other details have been released.

People in Brighton are being asked to avoid the south end of town this afternoon where police are involved in an ongoing investigation.
Northumberland OPP say they are on scene conducting an investigation and are currently redirecting traffic and pedestrians away from the area of Ontario Street, Harbour Street and Presquile Parkway.
Police are not revealing any information about the investigation at this time.
