Members of the OPP, Prince Edward County Detachment responded to a disturbance on March 22, 2021 just before 7:30 at a Lake Street address in Picton.
Officers arrived and conducted further investigation.
As a result, a 41-year-old individual was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Assault
- Uttering threats
- Mischief
The accused was released on an appearance notice and is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton on April 21, 2021.
