On March 21, 2021 shortly before 9:00 p.m., officers from the Bancroft OPP responded to the report of a theft from a residence on Bridge Street East in the Town of Bancroft.
Investigation into the incident also revealed that property had been damaged and threats were made to an individual.
Liam MACKAY-REDDY, 23 years of age has been charged with the criminal offences of:
- Theft under $5,000
- Utter threats
- Mischief under $5,000
- Fail to comply with probation (2 counts)
The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville, Ontario on March 22, 2021 in relation to the criminal offences.
