Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee is recommending that council sign off on a subdivision agreement for the construction of more houses in Frankford.
Thursday the committee approved an application of subdivision from Hilden Homes to add 45 new homes to what’s known as the Antonia Heights development in the northwest part of Frankford.
Quinte West council will have the final say on the matter.
