A small housing development proposed for Main Street in Wellington has cleared another hurdle on the way to becoming reality.
Wednesday Prince Edward County council approved a rezoning and a draft plan of subdivision for property at 411 Main Street on the west side of the village.
If finally approved the project would feature nine single family homes and four semi-detached homes for a total of 17 residential units.
