Police in Kingston are investigating a fatal hit and run that claimed the life of a 67-year-old woman on Thursday night.
The female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Days Road near Hyde Street in Kingston’s west end around 8:15 p.m. and had succumbed to her injuries when police arrived.
The vehicle left the scene.
Police believe the suspect vehicle is a 2007-2015 Nissan Rogue and will likely have damage to the front passenger wheel area.
Witnesses are asked to contact police.
Additionally, anyone who may have been driving in the area of Days Road, Front Road, and Bath Road at the time of the collision any may have dash cam video footage is asked to please contact Kingston Police.
