Collins Bay Institution staff seized contraband with an institutional value of nearly $70,000.
According to Corrections Canada, between March 9 and March 15, several packages were seized on the perimeter of the facility.
The contraband includes a large quantity of marijuana and tobacco as well as cell phones and cellphone accessories.
The estimated institutional value is $67,532.
