Hastings Prince Edward Public Health reported three new cases of COVID-19 Friday.
The public health dashboard shows two cases are in Quinte West and one is in Belleville with the cause of all three related to close contact.
There have been two recoveries since Thursday.
11,500 vaccine doses have been administered across the two counties.
There were four new COVID-19 cases in Northumberland Friday bringing the active case count to 20.
