Members of the Belleville Police Service braved the frigid Bay of Quinte waters on Friday to raise money for Special Olympics Ontario.
Eight members of Belleville Police Service took part in this year’s polar plunge. Deputy Chief Chris Barry, Inspector Sheri Meeks, Inspector Rene Aubertin, Staff Sergeant Mike Kiley, Amanda Michelakis, Cst. Josh Woodcock, Cst. Patrick Comeau and Cst. Zach DeSouza.
Also joining the police plungers was Belleville Fire Department Member Don Carter.
The group has raised more than $4,350.
