There was a break-in with violence early today (Friday) in west end Belleville.
Someone broke into a residence on Murney street at 4 o’clock this morning and assaulted the occupants, who suffered minor injuries with one person being treated by paramedics.
Belleville police arrested and charged a 23-year-old Belleville woman with break and enter and two counts each of assault, mischief, and breach of probation.
The suspect is in court today for a bail hearing.
