Two Belleville men were arrested after items were stolen from mailboxes at a west end apartment building Tuesday morning.
Belleville police say witnesses reported seeing two men in the office area of the building on Sidney Street who looked as though they were removing keys.
Then they were observed taking items from selected mailboxes.
Police responded and arrested a 34-year-old man and charged him with mischief under $5,000 and break and enter with intent. The suspect is in court today.
Also facing similar charges is 29-year-old Kevin Perrier who has a court date of March 18.
