One person has been linked to thefts in both Stirling-Rawdon and Quinte West on Saturday.
Central Hastings OPP responded to a complaint of a theft from a motor vehicle in Stirling-Rawdon late Saturday morning.
On the same day at approximately 6:00 a.m., Quinte West OPP responded to a theft of a motor vehicle in close proximity.
As a result of the investigation, 40-year-old Steven Fraser of Belleville was charged with two counts of Theft of a Motor Vehicle, two counts of Theft Under $5000 from a motor vehicle and three counts of Trespassing at Night.
The accused was released on an undertaking with a first appearance scheduled on March 25 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
