On the afternoon of Tuesday, February 2, 2021, uniformed officers observed a man in the area of Spring Street in Cobourg currently sought by the Durham Regional Police on an outstanding warrant for trafficking in persons over 18 years of age.
As a result of a police investigation, 48-year-old Kevin Bandy of Cobourg was arrested and taken into custody.
Bandy was later turned over to Durham Regional Police.
