The City of Quinte West has enlisted the services of MDB Insight to produce a Tourism Development Strategy for the City of Quinte West.
Residents are the best ambassadors in the promotion of the city and it is important to engage them in this process. Starting today, residents and businesses are invited to participate in a survey on the future of tourism in Quinte West.
“At a time when the industry has seen unprecedented challenges, operators and communities across the province have adapted. Undertaking a Tourism Development Strategy process at this time shows Quinte West’s commitment to supporting its tourism sector and the businesses it supports,” says Paul Blais of MDB Insight.
“In addition to pandemic recovery, we are trying to look beyond recent challenges and deliver strategies for long term development within the city,” says Linda Lisle, Manager of Economic Development & Tourism Services for the City of Quinte West.
The survey is open now at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/qwtourism and will be available for comment until Feb. 28, 2021.
The strategy project will be completed and presented by mid-spring.
