Both Hastings Prince Edward and Northumberland County are each reporting three new cases of COVID-19 today.
The HPE Public Health Dashboard shows 25 active cases, which means six people have also recovered since yesterday’s report.
Of the new cases reported today, one each has been found in Belleville, Centre Hastings and Quinte West, with two of them linked to close contact and the transmission cause of the third new case pending.
The health unit isn’t reporting any new vaccinations since yesterday, with 79 shots given so far.
In Northumberland County, the HKPR Health Unit says there are also three new cases today and no recoveries, leaving the number of active cases at 47.
