Belleville City Councillor Paul Carr says everything in the process to select a new councillor should be completely transparent.
Carr posted a statement on social media, stating concerns over what he calls the advisory group chosen to recommend a new councillor.
It is addressed specifically to Mayor Mitch Panciuk and Councillor Kelly McCaw.
