The Belleville Senators have re-signed veteran forward Joseph LaBate to a one year American Hockey League contract. This will be LaBates third season with the B-Sens.
He is coming off a “career year” when he scored 10 goals and 16 assists in 47 games.
The 27 year old LaBate took on a leadership role with one of the youngest teams in the American Hockey League last season and will be expected to do so again this year.
LaBate was awarded the 2019-20 Coaches Choice Award at the culmination of last season.
