When it comes to priorities in the new year the MP for Northumberland-Peterborough South says dealing with the health crisis has to be number one on the list.
Conservative MP Philip Lawrence says once the pandemic has been brought under control, the focus can shift to dealing with the economic crisis caused by it.
“I really would encourage everyone in the area to limit the damage, to shop locally right now. This will help our business owners and my focus will be on jobs, jobs, and more jobs for our community.”
MP Lawrence hopes that high speed internet service will be improved in the region in 2021.
