While the traditional New Year’s Levees are not being held due to COVID-19, many local leaders are still taking time to bring virtual greetings to the residents in their communities.
In a brief video, Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison wished all residents of the Quinte Region a happy new year and is urging everyone to “look positively towards 2021” as the calendar turns over.
Harrison says he’s “grateful for the opportunity to serve our community over the past year” and is looking forward to continue working with upper levels of government to further the interests of the residents of Quinte West.
