Hastings Prince Edward Public Health reported five new confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection today (Sunday).
Four of the cases were located in Belleville and the other in Quinte West.
There are now 21 active cases in the two counties and one outbreak involving the Wellington Legion.
Three people are being treated in hospital with no one in intensive care or on a ventilator.
All the new cases were reported today.
Meanwhile, there was no update from Northumberland County today. Saturday, seven new cases were reported along with one death from the coronavirus.
