The mayor of Belleville looks back on the year 2020, commending city staff and residents in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mayor Mitch Panciuk tells Quinte News the city was able to give some additional assistance to the residents.
Panciuk points to the fact Belleville did “fairly well” during the pandemic in the past year and relates that to the hard work of staff and residents.
