Quinte West Station 2 firefighters and OPP officers responded to a tractor trailer fire Thursday afternoon.
According to Quinte West Fire Chief John Whelan, the fire happened on 401 east near the Glen Miller exit at approximately 2:30 p.m.
There was a 20-minute shutdown of the eastbound lanes after which one lane opened up.
There were no injuries reported.
