The City of Belleville will be opening the warming centre tonight.
The mercury is expected to dip to -13 and feel like -16 with the wind chill.
The warming centre is at the former Belleville Police Station using the west entrance and will be open from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Visitors will be screened for COVID-19 upon entry and face masks and physical distancing are required.
Beds and meals are not provided.
