Help could be on the way for Belleville restaurants as they struggle to deal with the pandemic and its restrictions.
Monday Belleville city council will decide on granting $15,000 from the Municipal Accommodations Tax to a city sponsored promotion called Quintelicious Belleville.
The promotion would run during an always slow time for restaurants, February and March.
Partners in the Quintelicious Belleville campaign would be Bay of Quinte Tourism, Belleville Chamber of Commerce, and Downtown District BIA.
Bay of Quinte Tourism has already committed $10,000 and the campaign’s total budget would be $25,000.
