The Belleville Police’s December RIDE program continued Saturday night.
Police stopped 216 vehicles to check drivers for impairment Saturday evening into Sunday morning.
According to police, two roadside breath demands were made and police say one driver was issued a 72-hour driving suspension and another was charged with being a novice driver with a blood/alcohol content above zero.
