There will be some minor service disruptions at COVID-19 testing centres in Belleville and Quinte West this weekend, as staff prepare the sites to handle the incoming winter weather.
Large tunnel tents are being put up at both sites, which will continue to allow two lanes of drive-through testing throughout the winter, protecting staff and test-seekers from the elements and keeping swabs dry.
The Belleville centre will be closed for the day tomorrow (Saturday), with anyone needing a test asked to go to the Duncan McDonald Community Gardens in Trenton, and the reverse will happen on Sunday.
