Another local business is stepping up to support Hospice Quinte’s Heart and Home building campaign.
Wilkinson & Company LLP gave the campaign a cheque for $25,000.
Business partner Kris Himberg-Larsen says it gives their team great joy to donate to this campaign as the essential services that will be provided by the Hospice Quinte Care Centre are desperately needed in the community.
Wilkinson & Company LLP will be recognized at the new centre in the Executive Director’s office where a commemorative plaque will be placed to acknowledge the company’s contribution.
Hospice Quinte Executive Director Jennifer May-Anderson says the generous donation will go a long way toward helping them reach the $9.5 million capital campaign goal.
Construction of the six bed facility in Bayside is now fully underway.
