The Quinte Arts Council will hold a virtual 2020 Arts Recognition Awards event Thursday evening.
This year the Arts Council is recognizing five people who’ve made a difference in the local arts and culture scene.
Being honoured this year are Carol Bauer, the late Peter Davis, Marilyn Lawrie, Christopher Bennett, and Jenny Pries.
The Arts Recognition Awards is being dedicated to the late Michael Rutland.
