The building season in Prince Edward County has seen an upward trend the last three months.
Last month, there were 97 permits issued with a construction value of $9.4 million, compared to October, which saw 70 permits and construction valued at $8.1 million.
These numbers for November are up, even over November 2019 by approximately $4.1 million and 49 permits.
So far in 2020, there have been a total of 745 permits issued with a total construction value of $88 million.
