A neighbour dispute on Saturday has led to the arrest of one man according to Quinte West OPP.
Officers were called to a home in Bayside shortly before noon and their investigation led to the arrest of Dale Kirke.
The 55-year-old was charged with assault with a weapon.
He was released from custody and will appear in Belleville court on January 7.
The victim sustained minor injuries according to police.
