A great-grandmother from Carrying Place has scratched her way to a $50,000 lotto win.
Faustina Burness won the prize on the OLG’s Instant Bingo Doubler game recently and says employees at the store celebrated with her when she went to check her ticket.
Burness called the win overwhelming, saying she’ll share her winnings with her six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, then hopefully plan a trip with her husband once it’s safe again.
The Instant Bingo Doubler game costs $5 per play, with a top prize of $100,000.
