The Belleville Santa Claus parade was different that any other year, however the excitement was still the same. Long lineups of cars came through the parking lot at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre to see floats, and displays of businesses, political dignitaries, charitable groups, churches, and of course Santa.
To make things even better, mother nature provided snow to make it a wonderful setting.
