A small housing development proposed in Consecon has moved another step toward becoming a reality.
Wednesday night Prince Edward County council approved rezoning and a draft plan of subdivision for a planned development connecting with Stinson Block Road.
If approved, the development would feature 13 single-family houses on land near the Bayfield Treatment Centre.
