Fire destroyed a house in Deseronto early yesterday (Tuesday) evening.
Flames were reported at an older wood frame house at 123 4th Street shortly before 6 o’clock.
Luckily no one was home at the time and there were no reports of injury.
Napanee and Mohawk Fire Departments provided support to Deseronto firefighters.
There was minor heat damage to the sides of neighboring houses.
