The Hastings Prince Edward Public Health Unit is reporting two new cases of COVID-19 locally today.
The new cases of the virus brings the number of active cases to 12.
One case was transmitted through close contact while the other is still pending.
There is also one outbreak declared at a workplace in Quinte West. The outbreak was declared on November 12 and four cases are linked to that outbreak.
The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge Health Unit is reporting no new cases of COVID-19 in Northumberland County.
The total number of cases there is 61, with six active cases currently.
