Quinte West council is expected to approve the land sale of a vacant lot in the North Murray Industrial Park at its meeting Monday night.
The lot, priced at $175,000, is being sold to the owners of Bryan’s Auction Services which currently operates at another building in the North Murray Industrial Park.
$35,000 of the proceeds from the sale will go to the economic development reserve for future use and the remaining $140,000 will go towards servicing the land.
