Drivers are being asked to avoid the intersection of Picton Main Street and Bridge Street for the time being.
Police and other emergency personnel are on scene investigating a crash.
Not much else has been released by OPP, but reports say a person may have been hit by a dump truck, but appears to be alert and talking to medics.
