Building permits issued in Brighton for the year through the month of October are not far behind the pace of 2019.
Through October 2020, the municipality of Brighton has issued 54 building permits for a total estimated cost of just under $26,729,000.
That falls just behind last year’s pace of 70 permits issued though October 2019 for a total of just under $29,488,000.
Last month’s permits include 11 in urban areas and one rural.
