A 13-year-old girl from Belleville has been charged for separate incidents in the summer and earlier this month, after her parents turned her in to city police yesterday.
Police say the girl is accused of using a taxi service in the city twice during the summer and then bailing out of the cab without paying.
She also accused of smashing pumpkins and throwing eggs at a city home last week.
The girl, whose name is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has been charged with transportation fraud and mischief under $5,000.
She has a court date in early December.
