Construction last month in the city of Belleville had a value of $13.3 million.
The city issued 63 permits in the month of October.
Compared to the same month last year, there were 73 permits issued with a construction value of $14.4 million.
So far this year, construction value totals $82 million. This is down significantly from the $130 million in construction from the same time period last year.
