Council in Brighton will have a by-law to regulate and license mobile food truck operators but has asked that a proposed by-law be changed.
Council would like some fees and charges lowered for shortened seasons and for food trucks involved in fundraising activities.
The food truck licensing by-law, which would be in effect on municipal and private properties, will come back to council for a decision in the near future.
