Members of Quinte West council will be all ears tonight (Monday) when the leadership of Quinte Health Care step up to the podium.
President and CEO Mary Clare Egberts and the Chair of the Board of Directors David MacKinnon will provide council with an update on QHC’s general situation and more specifically future plans for Trenton Memorial Hospital.
There’s been a push from Quinte West residents to have a dialysis clinic set up at TMH and also a so-called “health hub” is in the works right next to the hospital.
Quinte West council meets virtually at 6:30 tonight.
