Firefighters were able to keep a car fire from spreading to a home early Tuesday afternoon.
Quinte West Fire Chief John Whelan says firefighters from Station 7 in Frankford responded to a home on Glen Ross Road around 1 p.m. for a house fire.
Upon arrival, crews found a Mini Cooper was on fire in the garage.
Fast action allowed the car to be pushed out of the garage and extinguished before flames could spread to the rest of the home.
No injuries were reported.
