A Greater Napanee man is facing multiple charges after attempting to flee from police on the weekend.
Lennox and Addington OPP were called on Saturday night around 9 p.m. after reports of an erratic driver on Center Street.
Officers located the vehicle in a parking lot and conducted a traffic stop.
The driver initially cooperated but fled while police were investigating.
Officers attempted to stop the vehicle on River Road before the vehicle collided with a guide rail and rolled several times.
Ernest Blythe Wannamaker was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The 49-year-old is facing charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and breach of recognizance.
He was held for a bail hearing today (Monday) in Napanee court.
