UPDATE @ 6:00 p.m.: Police say one person has died as a result of a crash involving two motorcycles, just west of Colborne, on Friday afternoon.
It happened around 2:45 p.m. with Cramahe Township firefighters, Northumberland Paramadics and police all responding to the scene, on County Road 2 between Ontario Street and Townline Road.
Three people were taken to hospital, where one of the riders died and a passenger was further airlifted to to a trauma centre in Toronto.
Northumberland OPP are still investigating the crash.

OPP are investigating a serious crash involving two motorcycles on County Road 2, just west of Colborne, this afternoon
It happened around 2:45 p.m. with Cramahe Township firefighters, Northumberland Paramadics and police all responding to the scene, on County Road 2 between Ontario Street and Townline Road.
Three people were taken to hospital and riders who suffered critical injuries will be airlifted to Toronto.
That section of County Road 2 is expected to be closed for several hours while police investigate.
