There are no new active cases of COVID-19 locally today.
The Hastings Prince Edward Public Health Unit says two of the three cases announced yesterday were spread via local transmission and one was close contact.
There are now seven active cases in the two counties, five in Belleville and one each in Quinte West and Central Hastings and a total of 73 cases that have been confirmed since the pandemic began.
There are no new cases in Northumberland County.
Provincially, there are 826 new cases of COVID-19 today.
Health Minister Christine Elliott says 292 cases are in Toronto, 186 in Peel Region, 87 in Ottawa, and 72 in York Region.
