The Belleville Police responded to 56 calls for service between October 21, 2020 at 5 a.m. and October 22, 2020 at 5 a.m.
Breach of Release Order
On October 21, 2020 at 6:51 p.m., police attended an address on Farley Ave. Police received a report that a 34-year-old Belleville male was breaching his release conditions by communicating with a female that he was not supposed to have any contact with. He was arrested and charged with one count of breaching a release condition and held for a bail hearing on October 22, 2020.
Theft from vehicle
On October 21, 2020 at 8:04 a.m., police attended an address on Sixth St. in regards to a theft from a vehicle. The theft occurred sometime overnight. An unknown suspect entered the unlocked vehicle and removed a wallet.
