Prince Edward County watershed has been downgraded to level one low water condition while the Moira and Napanee rivers remain at level one.
Despite increased rain through the end of August and early September in the Quinte area, drier conditions have persisted throughout the rest of the month.
Groundwater and surface water are still low for this time of year but improving.
Isolated well issues have been reported in the county but have improved significantly, leading to the downgrade.
