The matriarch of Belleville’s first family of hockey has passed away.
Pauline Crawford died yesterday at the Belmont Long Term Care Facility.
Pauline was the wife of Floyd Crawford, mother of nine, grandmother to 20 and great grandmother to one.
Marc Crawford says Pauline sacrificed for nine kids and that there is a special place in heaven for her.
Son Louie called his mother the “Rock of the Family”.
A private Family Service will be held Tuesday October 20th at St. Michaels Church in Belleville.
There will not be a visitation.
